Julianne Zalite

CEO of Paradigm Training Group

Julianne is the CEO of the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Paradigm Training Group Pty Ltd and has an extensive background of some 20 years in training and assessing both nationally recognized certificates and diplomas and internationally accredited training programs.

She is a skilled corporate trainer, Executive Coach and a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Semantics and NLP and has been at the forefront of training and team development for many years and to a wide range of organisations and individuals.

Julianne works throughout Australia and also more recently in Asia, the Middle East and the South Pacific where her talent for executive development and an innovative training style have made for a lively and entertaining learning development experience for clients.

Rikky Burkett

Director of Paradigm Training Group

Rikky is a Director for Paradigm Training Group and has considerable expertise in client support, business programs and systems development, as well as problem resolution and client liaison.

He has achieved notable results in both training and the assessment of students undertaking nationally accredited training programs.

Rikky has a number of qualifications in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Accounting, Training and Assessment.

Doug Kent

COO of Paradigm Training Group

Doug is our PTG COO/ Head Maritime Trainer and has a wealth of experience enhancing performance to give executives the edge in their pursuit of excellence.

He provides a level of training where participants walk away not only with major insights, but the motivation and desire to translate key learning into action.

Doug’s expertise covers Leadership, Coaching, Business related studies, Maritime certifications, First Aid and CPR. His depth of knowledge stems from an extensive career at the executive level experienced in leadership, outcomes-orientated decision-making, policy determination, corporate governance, strategic business planning, change management, financial and personnel management in Commercial, Government and Not for Profit organisations. Doug also has extensive Maritime training experience gained as an executive member of the Australian Volunteer Coast Guard.

Don Power

PTG TAE, Leadership & Management Trainer

Don has been closely associated with Paradigm Training Group since our establishment. He brings an abundance of vital experience to the vocational training field and marine engines in particular. He is also recognised internationally as one of the leading trainer/ coaches in the field of executive development and leadership.

Having started his career as a motor mechanic in Papua New Guinea, Don was one of the few factory trained (OMC) mechanics and he directed the marine division for one of the largest trading companies in the Pacific. His experience covers the installation and repairs of outboard motors, marinized inboards (petrol and diesel) including diesel injector pump repairs and calibration.

Don plays a vital role at Paradigm Training Group in support of our trainers and assessors by ensuring our learner resources and assessment instruments meet the highest standards of both AMSA and ASQA as well as being an expert on the very latest developments in the regulation of the marine industry and the vocational training landscape.

In the field of executive development, there are few who could rival his world-wide experience. Having worked and trained extensively throughout Asia, the Middle East, North and South Africa, his client list reads like a ‘Who’s Who’ of the world’s largest companies.

Andris Zalite

Paradigm Training Group Director and Chief Financial Officer

Andris is a Director and the Chief Financial Officer for Paradigm Training Group.

He has a long background in high level administration and management, correspondence including information papers administerial & cabinet briefs. He is particularly experienced in high level corporate communications and marketing communications and has experience in graphic design, digital photography and magazine editing/production.

Andris is experienced in managing finances/accounting and budgets, HR and staffing and also has a background in small business management.

He has also worked in the non-for-profit/volunteer sector for some ten years in the Australian Volunteer Coast Guard; beginning as a crew member on rescue vessels and ending his career as the Squadron Commodore of the Sunshine Coast, responsible for the operational deployment of five flotillas.

Our Location

Have you heard the news? Paradigm Training Group is now conveniently located at Australia’s Greatest Boatyard, The Boat Works in Coomera, QLD.

At this location we have been blessed with have a large training room to which we host first aid, navigation workshops and general learning presentations. For mariners in training, you’ll have direct and clear access to the Broadwater and Seaway via our PTG vessels during practical workshops. In your lunch breaks, indulge in onsite delicious delights with super friendly service from Espresso Twenty5 and The Galley.
