Are you looking to operate a PWC in the surf or to conduct rescues?
PWC RESCUE OPERATORs are qualified and nationally accredited to:- Prepare and maintain PWC and rescue equipment for aquatic rescue operations
- Conduct risk analysis and assessments
- Deliver operational briefings and debriefings
- Using a variety of techniques conduct aquatic and surf rescue operations with a PWC
The PWC Rescue Operator – Short course develops skills and knowledge required to safely operate and maintain a PWC in and out of surf zones and to use a PWC in a range of conditions to retrieve casualties. The short course meets some of the requirements for Certification II and III - Public Safety (Aquatic Search and Rescue) qualification.
