The year is 2022 and Paradigm Training Group has emerged out of the COVID rubble, ready to take on the world.

First port of call,

DOUG KENT, our much-loved, long-term maritime trainer has been crowned PTG’s Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Most deserving for his experience, dedication and loyalty to Paradigm and our students. Doug, we are jumping for joy you have accepted this position as a PTG head leader.

Now, you may be wondering what a COO does. The COO of a company is second in command and focuses on operational strategy by implementing daily operations that are aligned with company goals. Sounds like a lot of business jargon ay.

Well basically, Doug will help sail Paradigm through our future travels, ensuring success and safety.

All aboard the 2022 PTG vessel, it’s going to be a wild ride!

Welcome to the C-suite Doug! ?
